Delivery Terms
Should Velmax lighting have no stock, we will get part of your order out (if applicable) and email to confirm what has been sent and what is to follow with your order.
Damaged Goods
Velmax Lighting aims to provide the highest level of service to its customers, but occasionally goods may be damaged and this is likely to be damaged in transit.
In this scenario the customer must do the following:

Returned Goods
Velmax Lighting is flexible, if you purchase items but wish to return the goods, a refund or exchange will be offered.
Please note it is the buyers responsibility to ensure Velmax lighting receives the item boxed and in the condition it was received in. (Otherwise see damaged goods above).
